The International Olympic Committee bestowed the honor of hosting the Winter Olympics upon Lillehammer. We eagerly anticipate hosting a workshop infused with the true spirit of the Olympics! Scandic Lillehammer Hotel is the place where we will be. A large and charming hotel with numerous meeting areas, bars, event spaces, both indoor and outdoor pools. During the VisBook Workshop, we have the entire hotel to ourselves!
Transportation
For air travelers, Gardermoen is the closest airport. Conveniently, shared charter buses to and from Lillehammer will be accessible from Gardermoen. Those driving in will find ample free parking at the hotel.

Winter Games & Unforgettable After-Ski
Experience the thrill of VisBook Olympic Winter Games as we gather on the slopes of Hafjell's Olympic hill. Prepare to be divided into teams to tackle exciting challenges that will ignite camaraderie, laughter, and a touch of competitive spirit. At the Lodge, we have one of Norway's best after-ski spots all to ourselves. Here, we will together create magical experiences with plenty of good food and drinks, as well as entertainment from DJ Solli and the after-ski band Tilt. We guarantee a fantastic atmosphere!
