VisBook breaks into the U.K. market with The Victoria, Holkham

This collaboration marks a significant milestone for VisBook as the company expands its operations and provides its cutting-edge software services to renowned luxury resorts and hotels in the United Kingdom.

The Victoria, an exclusive hotel situated on the Holkham Estate in Norfolk adjacent to Holkham park, National Nature Reserve and Beach, known for its charm, exceptional service, and outstanding restaurant. The hotel boasts an impressive rating of 9.1 on, and received the prestigious TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice 2023 award placing it in the top 10% of hotels worldwide based on guest reviews. The hotel has recently been awarded 4-star hotel and 2 rosette restaurant accreditations from the AA.

Previously, The Victoria managed its various business areas, including PMS, Channel Manager, table reservation system, POS, and IBE, through multiple separate systems. Recognizing the need for a more streamlined and integrated solution, the hotel has now chosen VisBook as its trusted partner to provide an all-in-one platform that seamlessly manages accommodation, restaurant, and conference activities, together with other services.
