They have created a haven for great experiences and well-being

“Even rainy days are fantastic here. Hang out in our Pool Club, have dinner at one of our two restaurants, play shuffleboard, or just relax by the fireplace,” says Dahlsjö, before adding:

“And do not miss the morning coffee time on Liv Terrasse (Life Terrace). There is no better view than that.”

The resort for everyone

Fyri is a resort for everyone. Families with children who want to ski, groups of friends who want to combine adventures with relaxing in the pool club, or the couple who wants a romantic getaway weekend.

“Our guests are fully on-board after a visit with us. They simply love all the activities and experiences, such as the fantastic mountain hikes with varying degrees of difficulty. They also boast of the landscapes where Fyri is located. No wonder – a sunset here on a late August evening is nothing short of amazing,” Dahlsjö guarantees.


All in one system

Fyri credits the PMS system they use for the good service they are able to deliver.

“VisBook is a fully integrated system that gathers all our needs in one system throughout the guest’s journey – from booking to check-in and restaurant table reservations. This means that we do not have to spend so much time on administration, and can focus even more on creating magical guest experiences,” says Dahlsjö.

She points out that having more time for personal conversations with the guests has led to many repeated visits.

Works across all departments

Previously, Fyri had five different systems in use every day to solve the guest’s journey.

“VisBook gathers everything in one system so that all of our employees can help guests with everything they need during their visit – not only in the department they work in, but throughout the entire resort,” says Dahlsjö – and adds:

“As all departments use the same system, it is easy to get the right information to the right department when it comes to special events or happenings – everything from where the welcome drinks are served to exclusive offers for each room.”
