Building on our successful collaboration, Invite and VisBook continue to refine accommodation management. While VisBook handles all aspects of accommodation, Invite focuses on creating seamless guest journeys. This collaboration allows Invite to extract booking data from VisBook, providing insight into the guest’s stay. Through Invite’s intuitive guest portal, guests can then, in turn, access digital keys, temperature regulation, activity details, and hotel information — all in one place.
The integration enables Invite to extract booking data from VisBook automating the process of generating digital keys and setting preferred temperature levels. Guests also receive detailed messages pre-stay, containing booking information and room access instructions. Utilizing the same booking data, Invite ensures comfortable room temperatures before check-in.
Guests can benefit from the following check-in process:
- Pre-stay: Guests receive information about their stay and complete their check-in;
- In-stay: After check-in time, guests can access their digital keys. Unlocking the room door for the first time automatically registers a check-in in VisBook;
- Post-stay: Guests have access to their room until the designated check-out time, after which they will be checked out automatically in VisBook.
In short, this two-way integration facilitates optimized self-service and greater flexibility by reducing the need for manual operational tasks and streamlining hotel operations.
